Guests frequently say that Woodbridge is like “being given the keys to a friend’s country mansion” – complete with considerate and caring staff, of course!.
But we do do things a little differently at Woodbridge.
The Woodbridge Way
The Main House is the guests’ domain and, while staff come and go as required, The Main House is for the peaceful enjoyment of guests. Staff respect that privacy and go to The Main House only when required or called by guests via our Mobile Remote Concierge.
Staff are in the Pavilion for check out, and then again 3.00-6.00pm for checkin, otherwise from 4.00-6.00pm.
Our guests are almost invariably out between 10.00am and 3.00/4.00pm during which time The Pavilion is closed. Housekeeping attends during this time.
Guests are supplied with their own gate remotes and keys to The Main House, so that they are free to come and go independently.
We will link your mobile to our Mobile Concierge Service. We are available at all times to assist – just phone or text.
