The Academy is a bright room with high ceilings and tall windows, overlooking the garden and river. The elevated bed platform, accessed by a single step, offers magnificent river views from bed. The ensuite includes a shower over a sunken bath with an easy step-in design and grab rail for added stability.

The uncluttered design and clean lines create a calming retreat.

The original fireplace is retained as a heritage feature but is no longer operational.

If friends or family are travelling together, The Academy pairs well with Sharland, Cottage or Alloway Banks.

• Does this room have river views?

The Academy looks out over the Wisteria Pergola Terrace and gardens, and has uninterrupted Derwent River views. Views from the bed are a special treat.
