Luxury Terrace Queen Room – lower floor
Luxury terrace queen room, the Lindley was named after the second owner of Woodbridge. his lovely small hexagonal room is on the lower level of the central Tower, down 15 steps on the lower level with the charm of stone walls and lower ceilings.
The Lindley was originally a carriage entrance and has an arched internal doorway and a large arched window behind the bed. It opens into a Wisteria Pergola Terrace overlooking the river.
The Lindley has a large bathroom, shower over the bath, with a grab rail.
A clutter-free room with clean lines creating a calming retreat.
Smooth surfaces are suitable for those with allergies.
Because of previous false fire brigade call-outs, and smoke damage, the chimneys are now capped.
The Lindley combines well with The Arches or The Alloway Banks nearby, for groups or families.
The Lindley is down approximately 15 steps. Please be aware that Woodbridge is a Heritage-listed building and there are no lifts.
