Exclusive Use of the Accommodation is mandatory

Option 1

Accommodation, Ceremony, Reception & Photographs

for up to 30 Guests

 

Monday to Thursday

• 2 nights minimum stay for up to 16 guests (8 rooms, exclusive use)
• from $4300 per night including GST, no meals included

Venue hire fee

• from $2500 + GST

Numbers – We may have some flexibility with numbers for ceremony & reception.

Friday and Saturday

so larger guest numbers are possible

• from $1500 + GST for 3 hours

Reception off site at separate food venue such as Agrarian Kitchen Eatery. Our couples are loving the partnership:

– Ceremony and cocktails on the river foreshore at The Woodbridge

– transfer to The Agrarian Kitchen just 5 blocks away for the Reception

Eg 3pm arrival, 3.30pm ceremony

4pm-6pm photographs

                   Optional BYO contract cocktails & waitstaff with RSA

Including bump in 1 hour prior and all guests and vendors offsite by 6pm

6pm wedding party and all guests move to Reception at off-site venue.

Ceremony & Reception off-Site

Access to property:

•  limited to 16/18 inhouse guests + hair stylist, makeup artist, photographer & film maker

 

Monday to Thursday

• 2 nights minimum stay for up to 16 guests (8 rooms, exclusive use)
•  full photographic rights onsite
• from $4300/night for 2 night stay including GST, no meals included

 

Friday to Saturday 

• 2 nights minimum stay for up to 16 guests (8 rooms, exclusive use)
• full photographic rights onsite
• from $4700/night for 2 night stay including GST, no neals included
