Business Meeting Events Room

 

Business meeting events room space is available in the Pavilion. This space can be included in Exclusive Use and Corporate Retreat reservations.

 

However, because the Pavilion is separate from the main house, the space can be booked as a stand alone reservation.

The meeting room is close to the entrance to the property and is accessed via a private staircase.

It has its own private rest room.

 

Tables and chairs for 20 participants are provided as part of the hire.

The meeting room is otherwise booked as a bare bones space.

Unlimited wifi access is included in the rate.

 

This business meeting events room is available on a day hire basis, 8 hours maximum, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

A complimentary tea, coffee, water station services the space.

Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and bar services are available by prior arrangement, and charged per service required.

After meeting drinks are available by arrangement.

  • Can The Woodbridge supply all boardroom equipment?

Equipment requirements vary so much, and we find that it is better if organisers organise what they need. The room does have smooth light coloured walls that adapt well as an AV screen.

  • Is there good wifi connectivity?

Yes, no problems there!

  • Are there plenty of power points?

Yes, no problems there either!

  • Is it a squeeze if we have more than 20 participants?

The room comfortably hosts 20 guests, so a few more is easily accommodated.

  • Where is morning and afternoon tea served?

MT and AT is served on self help platters, so you can choose to partake in the meeting room, or out in the gardens.

  • Can the organisers get in a little earlier to set up?

We will do our best to work with you to facilitate your needs.
