This Room is named after the third owner, William Sharland, Assistant Surveyor General, explorer and innovator, gentleman farmer, whose family called Woodbridge home for several generations. This Room is on the Entry Level and is easily accessible from the main entrance. It is a bright, spacious Room with high ceilings and tall windows, and looks out over the Terrace Gardens and river. The Sharland combines well with The Academy or The Roadknight nearby for groups or families. Usually, a 2-night minimum stay is required.
