• Woodbridge on the Derwent is not designed to cater for youngsters.
  Children who are comfortable being ‘young adults’ will feel right at home.
• Each Suite and Room accommodates a maximum of 2 persons.
• Non-refundable Booking Fee (equivalent to 50% total cost) is required to secure booking.
• Non-refundable balance will be due 2 weeks before arrival.
• Check in 3pm – 6pm please, unless by other arrangement, check out by 11.00am.
• Rates are in Australian dollars and include all local taxes.
• Credit Card surcharges apply: American Express 3%, VISA and Mastercard 1%
• Woodbridge on the Derwent has a strict non smoking policy.
  Smoke taint will incur a penalty cleaning charge of a minimum two night rate.
• While the use of our equipment is complimentary, guests are responsible for their own safety and use our equipment at their own risk. Please fill in our Release & Indemnity Form before using equipment
